DNO Tenders for Shares in Faroe Petroleum

4 April 2018 - DNO ASA, the Norwegian oil and gas operator, announced today that it has engaged Pareto Securities AS to acquire up to 10 percent of the outstanding shares in Faroe Petroleum plc.

Shareholders in Faroe Petroleum are invited to tender shares through a reverse book building process. Tendered shares that are accepted by DNO at its sole discretion will receive one price determined in the reverse book building. DNO reserves the right to close the reverse book building at any time, but no later than 08:00 CET (07:00 BST) on 5 April 2018.

DNO Acquires Additional Shares in Faroe Petroleum

5 April 2018 - DNO ASA, the Norwegian oil and gas operator, today announced that it has acquired 8,487,838 shares in Faroe Petroleum plc at a price of GBP 1.25 per share representing 2.32 percent of the outstanding shares in Faroe Petroleum.

This follows the separate completion on 4 April 2018 of a reverse book building process through which DNO acquired 10 percent of the shares in Faroe Petroleum at a price of GBP 1.25 per share and the acquisition of 15.37 percent of the share capital of Faroe Petroleum from Delek Group Ltd. at a price of GBP 1.25 per share.

Following the three transactions, DNO will own 101,503,663 shares representing 27.68 percent of the outstanding shares in Faroe Petroleum.

DNO Reports Payment for Tawke Deliveries

Oslo, 20 July 2018 - DNO ASA, the Norwegian oil and gas operator, today reported receipt of USD 62.33 million as payment for April 2018 crude oil deliveries to the export market from the Tawke license in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. The funds will be shared by DNO and partner Genel Energy plc pro-rata to the companies' interests in the license.

Separately, a payment of USD 5.41 million has been received net to DNO, representing three percent of gross Tawke license revenues during April, as
provided for under last August's receivables settlement agreement with the Kurdistan Regional Government.

DNO operates and has a 75 percent interest in the Tawke license, which contains the Tawke and Peshkabir Fields.

DNO Subscribes to Shares in Panoro Energy, Completes Sale of Tunisia Assets

Oslo, 30 July 2018 - DNO ASA, the Norwegian oil and gas operator, todayannounced it has subscribed to 2,641,465 shares in Oslo-listed Panoro Energy ASA, representing 5.65 percent of the outstanding shares, at a price of NOK 12.82 per share.

The share subscription follows a transaction in which DNO sold its Tunisia subsidiary, DNO Tunisia AS, to Panoro as the Company continues its divestment of non-core assets and focuses on expanding its operations in the Kurdistan region of Iraq and offshore Norway.

All DNO Tunisia employees have transferred to Panoro as part of the transaction. Panoro has assumed all existing permit interests, rights and remaining work obligations at the Sfax Offshore Exploration Permit, Ras El Besh Concession and Hammamet Offshore Exploration Permit. Panoro has retained a cash balance of USD 8.6 million in DNO Tunisia AS, reflecting DNO's partial contribution toward the remaining work obligations and in support of Panoro's ability to develop and unlock value in the assets. Through its shareholding in Panoro, DNO maintains exposure to the Tunisian permits and will in addition receive a deferred consideration of up to USD 13.2 million paid through future production from the Sfax Offshore Exploration Permit.

DNO med første utbytte på 13 år

Oljeselskapet DNO trapper opp produksjonen og har bestemt seg for å drysse penger over aksjonærene for første gang på 13 år. Samtidig vil selskapet feste grepet i Faroe Petroleum.

– Med en voksende produksjon, og robuste og stabile inntekter, understreker utbytteannonseringen vår tillit til de sterke vekstutsiktene, sier arbeidende styreleder Bijan Mossavar-Rahmanii kvartalsrapporten oljeselskapet DNO slapp torsdag.

– Kurdistan er tilbake, og det er DNO også, legger han til.
