IOX - DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDING

Phoenix Global Resources plc has today, 18 December 2017, transferred 16,044,306 shares in Interoil Exploration and Production ASA (the "Company") to IOX Investments Limited (corresponding to 24.80% of the shares issued by the Company).

Following such transfer, Phoenix Global Resources plc will hold 787,830 shares (corresponding to 1.22% of the shares issued by the Company).

IOX Investments Limited will hold 16,044,306 shares (corresponding to 24.80% of the shares issued by the Company).

This notification is made pursuant to the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 4-3.
