Net1 International Holdings AS (NET1) is a spin-off of ice group AS, and was incorporated in 2018. Net1 International AS owns 100% of Net1 International Holdings BV which has investments in a mobile operator in the Philippines (Broadband Everywhere) and also has control of a mobile operator in Indonesia (PT Sampoerna Telekomunikasi Indonesia).
