Subsea 7 awarded contract offshore Norway

Luxembourg - 11 December 2017 - Subsea 7 S.A. (Oslo Børs: SUBC, ADR: SUBCY) today announced the award of a substantial(1) contract from Aker BP on behalf of the Skarv Unit for the Ærfugl(2) gas field development, located approximately 210 km west of Sandnessjøen in the Norwegian Sea. The contract includes an option for the Ærfugl Phase 2 scope, which may be exercised by Aker BP in the future.

This EPCI contract is a long-distance tie-back involving the application of Subsea 7's Electrically Heat Traced Flowline (EHTF) technology for the 21 km tie-back to the Skarv FPSO. Project management and engineering will commence immediately at Subsea 7's offices in Stavanger, Norway. Fabrication of the EHTF system will take place at Subsea 7's spoolbase at Vigra, Norway and offshore operations will take place in 2019 and 2020.

Subsea 7 awarded contract offshore Norway

Luxembourg - 21 December 2017 - Subsea 7 S.A. (Oslo Børs: SUBC, ADR: SUBCY) today announced the award of a substantial(1) contract by Statoil for the Snorre Expansion Project, located in the Tampen area, 150 km west of Florø in Norway.

The EPCI (engineering, procurement, construction and installation) contract includes Subsea 7's cost-effective Pipeline Bundle technology, which contains all flowlines and control umbilicals necessary for operation. The project features three Pipeline Bundles: West, East and North.

Production of the Pipeline Bundle system will take place at Subsea 7's fabrication facilities at Wick, Scotland. Project management and engineering will commence immediately at Subsea 7's offices in Stavanger, Norway and Aberdeen, Scotland. Offshore operations will take place in 2019 and 2020.

Subsea 7 vinner Total-kontrakt verdt inntil 2,46 milliarder

Undervannsentreprenøren skal arbeide for Total utenfor kysten av Angola. Kontrakten er av en betydelig størrelse, noe som innebærer en verdi på mellom 150 og 300 millioner dollar, ifølge en børsmelding. Det tilsvarer mellom 1,2 og 2,46 milliarder kroner med dagens valutakurser.

Avtalen er tildelt av Total E&P Angola, og omfatter blant annet ingeniørarbeid, innkjøp og installering av undervannskabler for prosjektet Zinia Phase 2.
